Contact Email: [email protected]All lessons and programs include personalized 1:1 online lessons conducted via Google Meet and tailored to each student's goals and learning needs.🎁 Free Intro SessionThe free 20-minute intro session is an opportunity to discuss your learning goals, current level (if applicable), ask questions, and find the most suitable learning option.The intro session is not a regular Croatian lesson.📦 Lesson Options & Validity PeriodIndividual Lesson:Individual Croatian Lesson (1 × 60-minute lesson)Programs:Beginner Program — (12 × 60-minute lessons)
Conversation Program — (10 × 60-minute lessons)
Complete Program — (28 × 60-minute lessons)Individual lessons are purchased and used one lesson at a time.
The Beginner Program and the Conversation Program must be completed within 3 months from the purchase date.The Complete Program must be completed within 6 months from the purchase date.Any unused lessons remaining after the applicable validity period expire and cannot be used unless an extension has been agreed upon in advance.📚 All learning materials required for lessons are included in the price and provided by the tutor.💳 PaymentPayment method: Direct Bank transferAfter the FREE intro session, the student will receive payment details for the selected lesson or program.Individual lessons must be paid before the scheduled lesson takes place.
Lesson packages must be paid in full before the first lesson.All prices are stated in euros (€).
The student is responsible for any bank fees or transfer charges related to payment.📅 Booking & AttendanceAll lessons must be booked in advance.The student is responsible for:- having a stable internet connection,
- joining the Google Meet session on time,
- having the necessary equipment and a suitable environment for the lesson,
- checking that Google Meet and their equipment are working properly before the lesson begins.Technical issues on the student's side may reduce the available lesson time and may not qualify for a replacement lesson.If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.⏳ Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyLessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered completed and counted as used.No-shows:
If the student does not attend the scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered completed and counted as used.If the tutor needs to cancel a lesson, a replacement lesson will be arranged.Refund PolicyPayments are non-refundable once a lesson or program has started.Unused lessons from programs remain subject to the applicable validity period stated above.📚 Learning Materials & UsageAll learning materials provided during lessons are intended for the student's personal educational use only.Materials may not be redistributed, shared, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission from the tutor.🎯 Learning ProgressLessons are designed to support the student's Croatian language development and progress. However, results depend on the student's participation, practice, consistency, and individual learning process.🔒 Privacy PolicyPersonal Information CollectedWhen you book a session or use my services, I may collect personal information such as your name, email address, country of residence, Croatian language level, learning goals, previous learning experience, and any other information you choose to provide through the booking form.Use of InformationPersonal information may be used to:• arrange and manage free intro sessions and Croatian lessons
• communicate with students regarding bookings and lessons
• personalize lessons and learning programs based on individual needs and goals
• process payments and issue invoices when necessary
• provide and manage services related to Croatian lessonsData ProtectionPersonal information is handled with care and used only for purposes related to providing and managing Croatian lessons and associated services.Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.Third-Party ServicesTo provide booking, scheduling, communication, and online lesson services, I may use third-party platforms, including:
• Calendly — scheduling and booking
• Google Calendar — scheduling and calendar management
• Google Meet — online lessons and intro sessions
• Email services — communication with studentsThese third-party services may process personal information as necessary to provide their functionality and are subject to their own privacy policies and data protection practices.Personal information is not sold.
